Mag carriers use an adjustable MRD device so the retention is adjustable using a 1/8" allen wrench (NOT INCLUDED). These can be carried inside or outside the waistband,  on either side and with the mags facing forward or rearward. The carrier will come with a 1.5" FOMI belt clip installed.
